Covid-19 Safety Protocols

When attending the studio, it is vital that you adhere to our procedures regarding Coronavirus, including agreeing to the Covid Safe Declaration.

Covid Safe Declaration

When you attend the studio, you will be required to demonstrate that you are “Covid Safe” before. Until the official NHS covid passport system is available there will be several ways to do this. On arrival at the studio you must do one of the following:

  • Confirm you have been fully vaccinated in line with the current UK vaccine schedule by showing your NHS Vaccine Card or Immunisations record via the NHS app (or official documentation if not a UK resident)
  • Show an official letter confirming your medical exemption status (only medical exemptions are acceptable)
  • If legitimately exempt you must show confirmation of a negative test result within the last 12 hours

We will not be keeping a record of “Covid Safe” status and you may be required to present this documentation each time you attend.

You cannot attend the studio if:

  • You are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever or cough
  • You have been exposed to anyone with suspected or diagnosed COVID-19 in the last 14 days
  • You have worked at or attended a clinic treating COVID-19 patients in the last 14 days.

In order to keep you, myself and the general public as safe as possible– I have taken the following measures

Massage treatments:

  • I will be taking your temperature upon arrival and there will also be a consent form to complete regarding your exposure to Covid-19. If you are considered a high-risk client, it may not be possible to massage you at this time but feel free to discuss this with me.
  • There will be an initial consultation prior to your treatment to discuss your needs and any Covid-19 issues.

  • The whole treatment room will have been thoroughly disinfected and all linen and face cradles replaced for you.

Yoga sessions:

  • Do not attend class if you feel unwell.
  • If you are able, please arrive ‘yoga ready’ so you don’t need to change. You may bring your belongings into the studio with you.
  • It is preferable that you BRING YOUR OWN MAT. Studio mats will be available on request. Please contact us if you are unable to bring your own mat so we can make arrangements.
  • One person at a time in the downstairs entrance hall/corridor.
  • Hand sanitiser is provided, please use as often as you need.

Due to the Covid-19 situation, we are now a cash-free business. Payment will be made prior to the appointment via the booking system.

I look forward to welcoming you back to the practice.
